It's official everyone!!! Whitney and I are going to Germany! There was a change of plans, instead of Fuessen, we're going to Bremen the last stop on the German Fairytale Route. We bought the tickets and booked our hostel yesterday!!!! It seems silly for me to be so excited about booking this, but I've never done it before and I feel very proud of myself for having done the research and finding the best deal, etc. Thanks for rubbing off on me Mom. We are going June 29-July 1 and our hostel even provides breakfast, just thought I would spread the good news!

Way to go Laura. It will be an experience just don't get too uptight if it doesn't go quite according to plans. sometimes what isn't planned turns out to be more fun. Both the people running the hostel and other residents will be a great source of information about what to see and how to get there so don't be afraid to ask. Remember with most hostels they lock you out between about 10:30 and 4:30-5:00 so you have to take everything you need for the day with you.They usually have a curfew also.
